As part of the GLI team you will be responsible for developing long-term goals and strategic objectives to support GLI's vison of Louisville becoming the Idea Capital of the World.
Duties:Responsibilities includes a strong focus on sales and leading and managing the sales team.

Work with sales team to set and reach measurable outcomes.

Train and coach sales team on GLI product portfolio.

Participate in joint calls with sales team on a weekly basis.

Manage revenue and expense budgets.

Develop reports as needed to track sales results.

Develop promotions to increase close ratio.

Develop incentives for sales team to increase motivation and results.

Analyze market and membership data to understand customer segments and needs.

Work with Marketing to develop membership sales and strategic plan.

Increase GLI�s market penetration.

Work closely with Director of Investment and Director of Engagement to increase member satisfaction.

Work effectively with members, volunteers, committees, etc.

Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.


Qualifications:The successful candidate must excel in a flexible, fast-paced environment and possess a strong knowledge of the community.

Bachelor�s degree plus three (3) years of sales experience.

Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary, and the ability to work with top-level executives.

Confident, enthusiastic and the ability to build relationships to achieve goals.

Multi-tasker, problem solver and risk taker.
