As part of the GLI team you will be responsible for developing long-term goals and strategic objectives to support GLI's vison of Louisville becoming the Idea Capital of the World.
GLI is hiring a Product Manager to develop, plan, manage and execute a suite of products and programs aligned with the organization�s strategic plan and key audiences. This professional will also create and manage budgets for these activities and help ensure their success, while bringing innovative ideas to the team. We are looking for a creative thinker with a customer-centric focus. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to work effectively with a broad range of people, exemplary communication skills and the ability to work independently and on a team are hallmarks of a successful applicant. This professional must also be adaptable to changes and calmly handle stressful situations.

| Duties: | Lead, develop, plan and manage a suite of GLI products and programs.
Manage current suite of products and new products as they are developed.
Create and manage budgets.
Work with program team to provide on-site event management.
Assist the creative services team to market products and programs.
Manage and develop agendas, comments and speaker bios for programs.
Manage promotional items, product timelines and implantation for products.
Interact with GLI members, prospects and volunteers.
Plan and schedule product and program timelines.
Proactively manage changes and identify potential concerns.
Stay up to date on community and business developments.
Perform other duties as assigned

| Qualifications: | Bachelor�s degree.
