GLI is hiring a professional to provide support for products, events/programs, investment and the membership department. This professional will assist in maintaining a well-functioning membership and events operation, serving as the first line of customer service for these departments: answering calls that pertain to membership and programs, assisting with registration and on-site event needs, and assisting with sales team mailing outreach. The Products and Services Coordinator will place a high importance on customer service, be able to work independently and as part of a team, be deadline-focused, be adaptable to changes and calmly handle stressful situations.

| Duties: | Field calls that pertain to membership and programs/events.
Coordinate and send communications to members.
Assist with events, preparation and onsite; support registration as needed.
Prepare and send out member and investment packets.
Provide assistance with engagement products.
Perform other duties as assigned

| Qualifications: | Associates degree with one to 2 years of experience or training.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with a broad range of people.
Exemplary communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Ability to adapt to changes and calmly handle stressful situations.
Self motivated with a desire to succeed.
