Program Coordinator, HEN

Description:Under general supervision, supports the marketing and sales efforts of the Health Enterprises Network.
This is a part-time entry-level position.


Duties:Provide direct support to the Program Director.
Maintain updated and correct contact information for Network members and prospective members � using dual databases
Manage various events and programs
Manage the coordination and completion of major bi-annual publications
Update website information and content � calendar, member updates and newsletters
Interact with members and prospective members
Develop Network promotional marketing materials as needed
Assist with proposals and presentations
Manage all invoicing including quarterly dues, aging reports, and event registrations.
Update information on web site
Perform other duties as assigned

EFFORT:
Sitting for long periods of time at a desk and working at a computer. Occasional lifting, reaching and carrying. Movements frequently and regularly required using the wrists, hands, and or fingers. Must be able to see, hear and speak.

MACHINES, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT:
Computer, printer, calculator, photocopy machine, fax machine, telephone, shredder

Qualifications:High school diploma with an associate degree (or higher) plus two years of experience. A combination of education, experience and training may be substituted when competency in the position is demonstrated.

Must have excellent communication skills. Must be able to organize and coordinate multiple projects.

Must be able to pass any required drug test and must be able to maintain the confidentiality of any information s/he encounters.

SPECIALIZED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
The incumbent must have computer skills. Experience with the following types of software and/or Windows based applications is preferred: word processing, databases, Internet, e-mail. Experience with social media is preferred.
